How to order
All products are made by hand in-house in London. This enables me to work closely with all clients to understand and fulfil individual requirements.
Send an email via firstname.lastname@example.org with as much of the follow information as possible:
- Project reference
- Product designs
- Colour choice
- Custom requirements
- Invoice and delivery address
- Date required by
You will be then provided with a quotation based on the information supplied. Once you are happy with all the details and any custom details have been discussed and confirmed, you will receive a pro-forma invoice with shipping costs. For this a company name & contact name, invoice address and delivery address if different will be required.
A 50% deposit is required on receipt of pro forma invoice, with the balance payable two weeks prior to dispatch.
All products are made to order with lead times starting from 6 weeks. A specific lead time will be worked out based on your order details and will be confirmed on invoice once your order is placed.
If your order is urgent please do let us know and we will always try to accommodate your project requirements.
Please note during busier times of year lead times may increase by 2 to 3 weeks.
Woven Fabric Samples / Swatches
It’s not always easy to see patterns and shades on a screen, I would always advise ordering a swatch pack before making your choice. Simply email email@example.com with your postal address and contact name to request a swatch send out.
I offer a custom design service in addition to the standard collections. Often this process will involve taking elements from one of the pre-existing designs playing with pattern, scale or texture. If you require a completely new bespoke design I will be happy to work closely with you to realise this vision.
