The Ariadne throw in Sandstone is a unique throw and made from a luxurious blend of natural undyed British alpaca and wool, waste dyed cashmere, and dyed British lambswool.
This throw is a testament to my aesthetic heritage and captures a certain feeling of home. Minimalist and focusing on texture.
The entire Ariadne collection - named after a mythological heroine from Homer's Odyssey, is inspired by a traditional Greek Cycladic crocheted lace pattern.

In every step of the production, the ‘Zero Waste Design’ principle has been followed, aiming to decrease to the minimum yarn waste and unnecessary cuts, carbon footprints, the use of machinery, water and electric energy. The environmental impact is being considered at all the stages of the design, the making process, and also the packaging of this item.

Clean & Care: Hand-wash in cold water, low spin cycle, flat dry, steamed iron in low temperature. Gentle brush with a wool comb.
All products are handcrafted so there will be slight unique differences between each piece. This is the nature of hand-made which enhances the character of each product and is not considered a defect.
