RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all tickets and tags attached. The returns process is very simple - you MUST obtain a Returns number from us within 14 days of dispatch of goods. To get a returns number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Do NOT return any item to us without a return number, as we will be unable to accept it. We offer a 14 day return policy for all fully priced items. As long as they are in their original condition, unused and unworn with all packaging and tags attached, items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note.
We can exchange for a different item (subject to stock) or you can place an new order. When applying for your returns number, please let us know which item you wish to exchange for or what you would like to orderand we will do our best to meet your request.
We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full price, provided a returns number is obtained within 14 days of dispatch, in their original condition, unused and unworn with all tickets and tags attached. We will send you a 'Refund Notification' email to confirm that we have refunded your card. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) back to you free of charge.
