1,100.00

An one-off piece made with natural undyed linen and natural recycled cotton rope on a natural undyed British woollen warp. It is a great way to decorate a cold wall. Wall hangings made with wool are great natural sound insulators, fire resistant, dust mite resistant, anti bacterial and a renewable sustainable resource.

Handwoven, hand-knotted and hand-brushed. Made with love and sustainability from yarn to cloth to final piece.

In every step of the production the ‘Zero Waste Design’ principle has been followed, aiming to decrease to the minimum yarn waste and unnecessary cuts, carbon footprints, the use of machinery, water and electric energy. The environmental impact is being considered at all the stages of the design, the making process, and also at the packaging of this item.

Staphylus [Ancient Greek: Στάφυλος "grape cluster" ] was the son of Ariadne and wine-god Dionysus in Greek Mythology and also a butterfly genus found mainly in South America.
